이용약관 (Terms of Use / EULA)

1. 적용
Decision Point를 다운로드하거나 사용하거나 인앱 구매를 하면 본 약관과 Apple의 적용 가능한 미디어 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. Apple 표준 EULA
앱 사용권에 관하여 본 페이지에서 달리 정하지 않은 사항에는 Apple 표준 라이선스 애플리케이션 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)이 적용됩니다.

3. 서비스
Decision Point는 선택을 고르고 그 순간을 글, 사진, 목소리로 남기며 하루를 다시 보도록 돕는 iPhone 도구입니다. 앱은 의료, 상담 또는 전문 평가 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 인앱 구매
인앱 구매가 제공되는 경우, 상품 이름·가격·기간은 구매 화면에 현지 통화로 표시됩니다. 구매를 확인하면 Apple ID로 결제됩니다. 개발자는 결제 카드 번호나 청구 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
구독 상품인 경우, 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 구독이 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 전 24시간 이내에 같은 금액이 청구됩니다. 비소모성 상품인 경우 한 번 결제하며, 당시 제공되는 해당 기능을 구매한 Apple ID에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 특정 기기의 수명이나 이후 추가될 모든 기능의 영구 제공을 의미하지 않습니다.
5. 구독 관리, 해지, 복원
구독은 기기의 설정 > Apple ID > 구독에서 관리하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 지원되는 기기에서는 앱의 구매 복원으로 같은 Apple ID의 유효한 구매 권한을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple 정책과 절차에 따릅니다.
6. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자는 기록, 첨부 또는 저장하는 글·사진·음성에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 합니다. 타인의 권리 또는 법령을 침해하는 콘텐츠에 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

1. Agreement
By downloading or using Decision Point, or making an in-app purchase, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms.
2. Apple Standard EULA
Unless this page says otherwise, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs your license to the app.

3. Service
Decision Point is an iPhone tool for choosing, keeping a moment in writing, photo, or voice, and looking back through the day. It does not provide medical care, counseling, or professional assessment.
4. In-app purchases
When in-app purchases are offered, the name, price, and period are shown in local currency on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The developer does not collect card numbers or billing details.
If the product is a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged the same amount within 24 hours before renewal. A non-consumable purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the then-current features for that Apple ID. It does not mean the lifetime of a particular device or that every future feature will be included.
5. Management, cancellation, and restoration
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases checks valid entitlements for the same Apple ID. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
6. User content
You must have the rights needed for writing, photos, or audio you record or attach. Do not use the app to infringe another person’s rights or applicable law.
